1. Qué es este sitio
Este sitio es el escaparate de una joyería física. Aquí no se vende nada en línea. Sirve para ver piezas, conocer nuestros servicios y enviarnos solicitudes. Toda compra, pieza a tu medida y reparación se acuerda directamente con nosotros, en la tienda o por teléfono.
2. Precios, presupuestos y disponibilidad
El sitio no muestra precios porque el precio del oro cambia todos los días. Cualquier precio o presupuesto que te demos por teléfono, por mensaje o en persona vale solo por el plazo que indiquemos al dártelo. Si no indicamos un plazo, vale solo por ese día.
Un presupuesto no es un contrato. Una venta, una pieza a tu medida o una reparación queda acordada solo cuando la confirmamos en la tienda con un recibo o una orden por escrito.
Las piezas se pueden vender en cualquier momento. Que una pieza aparezca en el sitio no garantiza que siga disponible. Podemos corregir errores del sitio en cualquier momento.
3. Información de las piezas
Las fotos e ilustraciones son de referencia. Los colores cambian de una pantalla a otra. Los pesos que se muestran son aproximados: el que cuenta es el peso medido en la tienda al momento de la venta. El kilataje de una pieza es el que lleva marcado.
4. Visitas a la tienda y horario
No necesitas cita para visitar la tienda. El horario y los días de cierre que aparecen en el sitio son nuestro horario normal y pueden cambiar sin previo aviso, por ejemplo en días festivos o por eventos en Plaza México. El mapa de la página Visítanos es un dibujo simplificado para ayudarte a encontrar el Local Q5. No está a escala.
5. Piezas a tu medida y reparaciones
Las solicitudes enviadas por este sitio son consultas, no pedidos. Las condiciones de cualquier pieza a tu medida o reparación, incluyendo el precio, el anticipo, los tiempos, la entrega y qué pasa con las piezas que no se recogen, se te entregan por escrito en la tienda. Esas condiciones por escrito prevalecen sobre cualquier cosa que diga este sitio.
6. Uso aceptable
Aceptas no:
- usar el sitio para nada ilegal,
- copiar o recolectar su contenido con herramientas automáticas,
- interferir con la seguridad del sitio ni intentar entrar al panel del dueño,
- enviar información falsa, hacerte pasar por otra persona o mandar spam por los formularios.
7. Propiedad del contenido
Los textos, fotos, ilustraciones, diseños, el nombre y el logotipo de este sitio pertenecen a El Azul Jewelry o a quienes nos dan licencia para usarlos. Puedes ver el sitio para uso personal y no comercial. No puedes copiar, volver a publicar ni vender su contenido sin nuestro permiso por escrito.
Si nos envías un diseño, un dibujo o una foto, confirmas que tienes derecho a compartirlo. Sigue siendo tuyo. Nos permites usarlo para preparar tu presupuesto y hacer tu pieza.
8. Enlaces a otros servicios
El sitio tiene enlaces a servicios de otras empresas, como mapas, WhatsApp, Instagram y Facebook. No los controlamos y no somos responsables de su contenido ni de sus políticas.
9. Exclusión de garantías
El sitio se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". En la medida que la ley lo permita, no damos garantías sobre el sitio, incluyendo que funcione sin interrupciones, sin errores o que esté al día en todo momento. Esta sección trata del sitio web. 1. What this site is
This site is a showcase for a physical jewelry store. Nothing is sold through it. It lets you see pieces, learn about our services, and send us requests. Every purchase, custom order, and repair is arranged with us directly, in the store or by phone.
2. Prices, quotes, and availability
The site does not show prices because the price of gold changes every day. Any price or quote we give you by phone, by message, or in person is good only for the period we state when we give it. If we state no period, it is good for that day only.
A quote is not a contract. A sale, custom order, or repair is agreed only when we confirm it at the store with a receipt or a written order.
Pieces can sell at any time. A piece appearing on the site does not guarantee that it is still available. We may correct errors on the site at any time.
3. Product information
Photos and illustrations are for reference. Colors vary from screen to screen. Weights shown are approximate: the weight measured at the store at the time of sale is the one that counts. The karat of a piece is the karat stamped on it.
4. Store visits and hours
You do not need an appointment to visit the store. The hours and closures shown on the site are our normal schedule and can change without notice, for example on holidays or for events at Plaza México. The map on the Visit page is a simplified drawing to help you find Unit Q5. It is not to scale.
5. Custom orders and repairs
Requests sent through this site are inquiries, not orders. The terms of any custom order or repair, including the price, any deposit, the timing, pickup, and what happens to items that are not picked up, are given to you in writing at the store. Those written terms control over anything on this site.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful,
- copy or collect its content with automated tools,
- interfere with the site's security or try to access the owner dashboard,
- send false information, pretend to be someone else, or send spam through the forms.
7. Ownership of content
The text, photos, illustrations, designs, name, and logo on this site belong to El Azul Jewelry or to those who license them to us. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or sell its content without our written permission.
If you send us a design, sketch, or photo, you confirm that you have the right to share it. It remains yours. You allow us to use it to prepare your quote and make your piece.
8. Links to other services
The site links to services run by other companies, such as maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.
9. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or current at every moment. This section is about the website. It does not limit any warranty we give you in writing for a purchase, or any right you have under California law that cannot be waived.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, El Azul is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred dollars (US $100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.
12. Changes
We may change the site or these terms at any time. The new terms apply from the date we post them here. If you keep using the site after that, you accept them.
